To avoid possible misunderstanding it is necessary to note especially and elucidate such questions as: What for APA is here? What is our attitude to APA? Are we trying to call APA in question in some aspect? We explain: APA is given as an example here. Instead of APA one could name any other association of psychologists, but we've chosen APA and use it like an example in displaying our views on the conditions in which psychology is today. APA is the most numerous, effectively organized, the most productive and the most representative organization, the most vast in selected sphere of knowledge. APA was, is and, we hope that, will be as scientifically productive as it will be provided with definite possibilities by society.
