Introduction
1. Openness
Let me turn your attention to the fact that SGTP, a society of general and theoretical psychology, is an open society. It is open for everybody who recognize priotity of the psychology movement to the fundamental natural sciences as well as priority of subjective reality in comparison with material world. The subjective constantly moves and changes in the space of requirement subjects, values and in the subjective time.
"Psychology is a science about the human nature, which studies the most general qualities of the subjective world. The keynote things should be in the basis of the theoretical psychology ,
these facts are in either psychical phenomenon. Psychological lows have to cover physical phenomenas.
There are concepts of requirement and motion in the center of elementary theoretical psychology. The requirement has two directions of measurement. Motion means motion of object of requirement concerning requirement. Equations for those motions. This is the basis to regulation and ordering of our knowledge".

 To provide the movement to the basis of theoretical psychology
To show up the actual problems an the way of scientific cognition in psychology. To demonstrate the necessity of the transition from the notions to the values - that is the demand of the scientific character of psychology as a branch of knowledge
To introduct into the scientific consideration the category of the subjective time as one of the main categories and values
To introduct into the scientific consideration the notion of requirement as a three-dimensional value, and for the first stages - as a two-dimensional value
To devide the requirement into the two constituents, two dimensions, which are really present in every requirement, for the theoretical consideration
To distinguish for the scientific consideration the main movements in the psychics. The concentration of the seeking within and around the movement of the requirement subject to the requirement itself.
To considerate this main movement as a process in time
To seek for the formulations for the description of this process in terms of mathematics.
To follow the principle of separating the essential from not essential by seeking for the basis of the theoretical science.
To look for theoretical laws, i. e. to fix quantitative relations between psychical values
To note that the source of knowledge for psychology and the criterion of the psychological knowledge truth is experiment. Not to exclude however the possibility of the mathematical truth verification in the psychical reality believing in the universality of the laws
To penetrate into one of the dimension and to fix the kind of movement of application to the subjective time
To introduct the mobile coordinate system in the area of psychical movement in order to describe the movement. To set the coordinate system into the current moment
To look for a connective relation in the mathematical formulation of the following values in the psychologicalreality:
1. the movement of the requirement subject towards the requirement in terms of speed (h / k)
2. semantic side in terms of actual unit for the current moment of the subjective time L (L is lambda)
3. temporal side in terms of the units of the subjective time to the current moment 1 / (1 - k)
To look for the postulates and axioms. The check up for a postulate: There are no state of absolute rest in the psychics
There are no state of the absolute rest in the psychical reflection and in its creation. Changing is a necessary and sufficient condition of the psychical reflection. The psychical reflection itself or the creation of the world exists when there is changing.
The problem of the measures in the question: what is mainly measured in psychology? the reflection of the process which is measured or the process itself?
To the measurement theory. Permanent changing units (the time doesn't stay) of the subject for the values and for the times.
Epistemology and psychologist practice. The difference from gnosiology. The difference of psychology from the other sciences is that gnosiological relation is an object for psychological researches. The psychologists are from one hand to find out the psychological dimensions of the gnosiological relation, at the same time epistemology guides the reseaching efforts of the psychologist to looking for the psychical content of human gnosilogical attitude to the world
To explain the psychological community that the cognitive method of pathalogoanatomy that rules now is scanty and undecided. Pathalogoanatomic attitude towards psychics prospers. Every psychologist can treat psychics like a dish during the dinner-party: to cut a piece and then to penetrate in it endlessly all the life, to publicate scientific works as the symbols of career and success. The matter is however (even Georg Wilhelm Freidrich Hegel warned about it) that it is only dead body, which has parts.
Psychology wallowed in the objective things can not explain itself scientifically. It is the clear young voice of J. Berkeley (1685 - 1753) that sounds confidently from the depth of ages and calls for penetrating into the subjectiveness.
There is no doubt that science must be objective. The science, which studies the subjective human world, must be objective as well. We have to be objective and not lost the subjectivity. It is difficult to find the description of the subjectivity, it is surely of great difficulty. But the price - refuse from the considering huge areas of the subjectivity (for instance- the refuse from subjective time considering) is too high for even such difficulties. The priority of the subjectivity must be reestablished. There is objective physical time and a human beeing can live like a plant, like a sunflower, turning the head to the sun or secreting something in accordance with the phases of the moon. There are however subjectivety and it is primary for the psychics.
