INIATIVE CENTRE ON THE INTERNET Initiative centre is not headquaters. Nobody commands here, nobody makes you do something. In the free open Internet Society for General and Theoretical Psychology initiative centre is one of the net source of the psychological world picture of all the psychologist on the Earth. The psychological world picture intself is here a hypersurface of the psychological values and times. The number of such sources will increase, more and more psychologists will change from the observers to the active persons, i. e. the psychologists will begin producing new ideas in the area of the psychological cognition about the human psychics. The number of the scientific exchange will increase, the number of active and contentive correspondences, opinion exchange, creating good ideas (and among them there will be also genious) will increase.
